Ventilation duct DN75, antistatic, antibacterial (50m)

Flexible ventilation air ducts are used for air transport in mechanical ventilation systems. They are characterized by very high flexibility, allowing the duct routing to be freely adapted, bent, and adjusted to installation conditions without the use of additional connectors or fittings. The three-layer structured PE (HDPE) construction provides a mechanical compressive strength exceeding 450 N, allowing the ducts to be embedded in structural concrete or integrated into floor slabs, walls, or suspended ceilings.

The inner lining of the ducts combines two functional properties — antibacterial and antistatic protection. The inner surface contains silver-compound-based additives with broad-spectrum antibacterial and antifungal properties; the silver atoms are permanently embedded in the polymer matrix, preventing migration or leaching and ensuring a long-lasting bactericidal effect. The antibacterial performance has been confirmed in accordance with ISO 22196 (reduction of bacterial growth, including E. coli and S. aureus), while the antifungal properties are confirmed in accordance with EN ISO 846.

At the same time, the inner surface is enhanced with an effective antistatic agent that reduces surface electrostatic tension and minimizes the attraction of dust particles to the duct walls. The smooth inner surface ensures a high airflow rate with low pressure loss, contributing to lower energy consumption of the entire system, and also facilitates duct cleaning when required.
